After graduating from university, Mr. Genji TANAKA started his engineering career at Nissan Motor Co. in 1972. While broadening his experience by serving in multiple phases of Nissan’s overseas production operations, he studied in the USA receiving the company’s grant. He then became a business consultant in 1990, and created his own consulting company in 1995. He has been frequently holding seminars in Cambodia, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Pakistan, Poland, Singapore, and Iran, as a specialist of Kaizen, TQM, and QC circles, etc. He authored several books on the related topics.
