  • Establishing and management of Academia / Industry clustering and networking.
  • Dr. Zaghloul has played a great role in strengthening Egypt-Japan technical & scientific and cultural cooperation since his graduation From Tokyo Institute of Technology on 1977. He managed to dispatch 64 members of CMRDI staff members to get their PhD’s and training  in Japan. Also, he got and managed the Japanese JICA grants for  Capacity building of CMRDI in the fields of welding & nondestructive   Testing technology, sheet metal fabrication and foundry technology.  Testing technology, sheet metal fabrication and foundry technology.
  •  Dr. Zaghloul has also established and chaired the Egyptian Alumni Societies for Former Egyptian Scholars in Japan and the Japanese Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Development Association in Egypt (AOTS) through which about 4000 Egyptian Engineers  and managers of industrial companies got technical training Scholarships in Japan. On August 18th 2017, Dr. Zaghloul was bestowed by His Majesty the  Emperor of Japan on the merits of his Scientific & Technical activities,
