The Kaizen marathon seminar was organized by the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships(AOTS)In collaboration with Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST)
This training aims at applying the KAIZEN principle in the industrial sector. The esteemed guests included more than 100 representatives from various industrial companies in Egypt.
KAIZEN is an originally Japanese word and is intended to continuously improve performance by applying set criteria. These criteria include; classification, organization, cleaning, profiling, and commitment.
Japanese Ambassador in Cairo, Mr. Masaki Noke inaugurated the training course events. He expressed Japan’s interest in cooperation with Egypt, which was recently crystallized within the framework of the Egyptian-Japanese Education Partnership.
Ambassador Noke expressed gratitude with the presence of Egyptian industry representatives for this session in order to benefit from Japanese KAIZEN teachings. This contributes in increasing productivity, reducing waste and improving work environment.”

In 1993, started working for ORIX Corporation.
In 1996, joined SME and served for nine years as representative director. After getting the management of the
company on track and overseeing the consolidation of capital with listed companies in 2007, resigned from the
company in 2008.
In 2010, 2011, working primarily on Vietnam-related projects, as a partner of the Japan Productivity Center.
Currently, in addition to his work as a part-time lecturer in AOTS‘s courses both in Japan and overseas, being
active in Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Cambodia as a consultant on matters such as MFCA,
production improvement and human resource development. Holding more than 90 workshops & seminars
(approximately 2,800 participants) in Southeast Asian countries since April in 2011.
